The execution substrate
Every relevant value has an origin. Model assertions remain distinct from source-attested observations and execution receipts.
Rules derive consequences, maintain support, detect conflicts, and retract unsupported conclusions without asking the model to remember the chain.
Action parameters are bound from board facts, checked against preconditions and policy, and dispatched only through registered tools.
Each unit of work keeps its goal, evidence, actions, outcomes, and acceptance result together, then seals as an inspectable record.
