A board outside the model

Reasoning state that the model
cannot rewrite by narration

Rulith is a rule-driven working board and execution protocol. The model proposes; the board decides what is supported and what may run.

The execution substrate

Facts and provenance

Every relevant value has an origin. Model assertions remain distinct from source-attested observations and execution receipts.

Incremental rule closure

Rules derive consequences, maintain support, detect conflicts, and retract unsupported conclusions without asking the model to remember the chain.

Typed actions

Action parameters are bound from board facts, checked against preconditions and policy, and dispatched only through registered tools.

Case lifecycle

Each unit of work keeps its goal, evidence, actions, outcomes, and acceptance result together, then seals as an inspectable record.

Designed for ordinary agent clients

MCP is the primary integration surface. Agents see a compact working interface; protocol and governance detail remain behind manifests and adapters.
