Terms for using
Rulith Cloud
Effective 2026-08-26. By using the hosted service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
The service is an English-language public beta intended for users in multiple countries. Availability may vary by location. You must be legally able to enter these terms, comply with laws that apply to your use, and keep your account and credentials secure.
Permitted use
You may use the service to build and operate lawful agent workflows. You may not abuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, probe for unauthorized data, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Your content and systems
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Rulith the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit it to provide the requested service. You are responsible for your data, connected systems, action configuration, and required permissions.
AI and automation
You are responsible for deciding where human review is required. Rulith provides technical controls and records; it does not replace professional judgment or guarantee that a model, source, tool, or external system is correct.
Beta service
The hosted service may change and may have usage limits. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users. No fee will be charged unless you explicitly opt in to a paid plan. Unless separately agreed in writing, the beta does not include a service-level agreement, regional data-residency commitment, or terms for regulated workloads.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rulith disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Contact contact@rulith.com with questions.
